About my original Insurance papers

I have my Car od account (CIN=21877412) recently opened.

I have received my RC totally in damaged form. not only that They have not returned my original for Insurance paper. I have telephoned at least three times (28561818). Every time they have taken my mobile/ Res. no. and said they will get back to me They have not yet contacted me nor they have informed about whereabout of my original Insurance paper.
