ATM Cash Problem

I am an HDFC account holder and my account number is *************8270/ branch Delhi. I tried to withdraw an amount

of Rs, 12, 000 from your ATM ATTACHED TO PNB Bank Indirapuram on 1st Oct

Atually the amount (12, 000) was debited from my account but the ATM machine did not dispense any cash.

I had registered a complaint immediately to the call centre and I was given the reference number (DEL127039),

I was told that this problem would be solved immediately but there was no action taken. After 15 days I had to

call again for the same reason and there is no response still.

Request your kindself to solve this issue as soon as posible.
