My card no. is 4050282000119763 . cust. care chd. has sent me an upgradation form to upgrade my platinum plus card to visa signature . i filled the form and give to h.d.f.c kkr branch 1.5 month till today. but not till today i havent recieve the card . i called chd. off. on no. 01724602884 to miss preeti but till today i didnt get the reply.
