Cheating and Harrasment

My credit card no. is 5176521000256422, was having a settlement of Rs 8000 n i paid around 12ooo/- in installments as i didnt recorded any payment.

After that in Feb 08 i paid Rs 1340/- and took in writing from the collection executive that my account is cleared.

But after 4 months i again started recieving threatning calls and the collection goons started visiting for collection which i refused. The bank didnot sent any NOC after being called for that and also they refused the signed document of their collection executive.
