HDFC Mutual Fund Department is number #1 worst in services

I have requested to revalidated my dividend check with new account #, They revalidated the check and kept with them instead of sending to my address

Story 1: Saying not delivered to the mentioned communication address. But I am receiving all my account statements to mentioned address except diviend check.

Story 2: I went to team lead of Mutual fund, he said another story. Not send to my communication address till now and saying check with them only.

I never see such a fraud services in any private sectors.

I faced same fraud things from HDFC for Food plus card also.
