Harrassed in redemption of Mutual funds units

When i approched for redemtion of my 103 units of HDFC TAX saver Folio no. 2365708/75 along with the bank details updation I came to startling revealation of unprofessional and rude behavior of HDFC MF CSE Mr. Ninjappa in Bangalore. For change of bank details AMFI has prescribed a certain guidelines. It is not being followed at HDFC AMC end and process has been made too cumbersome to follow. When I speak to one CSE in bangalore named Mr. Ninjappa on 22/10, he behaved in quite a rude and unprofessional way. He went on to say that he does not care about my being live of dead, he'll do whatever he wants. He told me literally in threatening way that it wont be of any help if I approach any higher authority or AMFI. On sending all the papers sought after (which were quite irrelevent), to your Residency road office, he raised another rediculous issue that he wants to see my original bank passport before processing or it has to be attested by the bank. He also told me in very filthy and disgusting manner that I had wasted his time by asking for redemption.

Now my point is that at the end of the day its MY MONEY which I have given to HDFC to manage. For which fee is being charged to me. Why shall I bear rough, rude and unprofessional executive of HDFC. Secondly I want to have only one fair reasone to maintain my relationship wih HDFC AMC, when I can not get my units redeemed at my choice of time. Mind it all happend due to self imposed rule of bank details change by HDFC AMC, which is not prescribed by AMFI.

Along with all the losses I want to have a fair answer pertaining to the the defamatory remarks of HDFC AMC executive Mr. Ninjappa. Otherwise I am forced to raise the issue to the higher ecleons and governing bodies of MF.
