Wrongly charged for Bouncing EMI

Dear Manager,

Have a look in attchment. I had deposited your EMI along with penal amount on 21st Oct, but instead of checking your system you are resending for collection just to make money { 1st time in history your resending}

On 23rd Oct - 09, There was a balance of Rs 50000/- [ for the short of Rs.10-20, I have already paid Rs800 Penalty, and again you want me to pay another Rs 800.

Check your donkey system and make my account good, other wise i will forward to RBI and number of NRI.

This is the urnest request to HDFC & ICICI Bank.
