Cheated by executive

Recently I took Personal Loan from HDFC for an amount of 100000.00 rs and the executive who (Sana, Nafisa and another male person orget the name) was co-ordinating with me for the relevant process, during that they committed to me that insurance will be given waiver after approval of loan so i signed the documents and now when money disburse to my account i found 1271.00 rs was cut for the insurance.

my request to consumer forum that the same amount should get from HDFC bank and the same cheating case should not happen with the other people.
