This is to request you that I am an agent of your company, I have taken licence on 17/10 which is valid till 16/10. Due to certain aforesaid reasons I don't want to work for your company anymore. I have taken agency from Sikar (Rajasthan) and have talked two-three times to the higher authority of Sikar Branch to give me NOC and also sent u mail before 7 days but they are not listening to my plea as well as they are saying if I give RS 1000 then only they will issued/given me NOC, so finally I am bound to tell you.

So, please give me NOC as soon as possible. The CC has also been mailed to lifecomplaints@irda.gov.in. My details are as follows.
