Return of Policy

I want to return the policy as I have not been given

the policy which i opted for. I opted for pension plan with a monthly

premium of Rs - for the duration of 03 years whereas I have been given Young Star Plus-II with the monthly premium of Rs 2500/- for the duration of 10 years. Alteration to my opted policy can be seen on the application form which must have been done by the agent to suit his own benefits in terms of commission. I have complained the very moment II got to see the policy details over net several times but got no result so far. My previous complaint no & interection id are - 69280 and 8339, 2706 repectively but no satisfactory reply from the company. I am working in IAF and posted at Air Force Station Trivandrum, Kerala & don't have sufficient time to visit my home branch. Thereby I intend to get my policy terminated as soon as possible.
