Regarding cutting the taxes

Dear Sir,
I have taken above mentioned policy on dt. 21/01/09, they have cut the tax around 50% of the policy premium. Their executive have never told me regarding this. thereafter they cutting monthly taxes also. In this case I will loss total policy value. I have given more than mails regarding this they are not replying properly. They are not giving my premium amount also.
Kindly Help me from HDFC bank
