HDFC Unit Linked Young Star Plus Policy
Non reduction of premium despite submitting request lette

Dear Sir,

I have submitted a letter, requesting to reduce my premium from Rs 50000 to Rs 10000 in Jan which was duly signed by the hdfc insurance office official (HDFC LIFE INSURANCE OFFICE SHYAM BAZAR), with the assurance that they will reduce the premium. But when I go today to hdfc insurance office in shyambazar on 4/5, they refused to take Rs 10000/- .my policy no is 11028512, & is due on 7/5. I do not know what to do for this type of harrassement. Also my policy will get discontinued because of this as I do not have additional money to pay the amount. I will be highly grateful to you, if you can make the company reduce my premium from this year itself, because I had informed them well in advance.
