Not able to access my account in indiatimes.com

I am not able to access my acoount in indiatimes ID, It gives me an error authentification failed, HTTP Server 400. I have not cahnged my password nither I have fiddled with it. I am associated with Indiatimes for almost 7 years now and have never encountered such a problem. Please look into this and leave me with the support contact number.
