Consumers Beware of the Cheat Company Health & Glow

On 25/10, I made purchases from Health & Glow at Nirmal Lifestyle Mulund West to the extent of Rs.1105/- via bill no. 039010234693. Few items included a 'color bar nail polish'. Once I reached home I realised that I opened the packet to check the nailpolish. To my aghast I found that I was given old/used nail polish. I immediately called up the store manager there at 67030778 & spoke to Mr. Rahul who promised me that he would exchange the same in a day or two by sending someone to my house. Two days passed and there was no one who came and exchanged. However, I thought it was best to wait until Diwali was over and again I called them up on Friday 31st October. They once again promised that it would be exchanged & delivered on Sunday. Today being a Sunday 2nd November I waited till 7.30 pm and once again called Mr. Rahul and I was told that he was not there for 7 days, the product was not available and his staff failed to implement his instructions. I mrntioned to him that his staff/or he should have informed me for which he assured he would return the money & I would get within 2.5 hours the delivery. It is 10.40 pm and I beleive once again they have lied to me.
