I have complaint already so many time that no result. I applied for my husband policy I received for myself. Received two EMI on two different credit card nos. Applied to cancelled wrong policy. Amount deducted for the policy for late information. whereas I am in contact since may when I received the credit card statemnt. The statement received for credit card deducted the amount of the policy for which I have not received any documents. Wrong information given by your call centre why I should suffer for that. My Interation ID is 120708620. UNless it is sorted out how can I pay the premium. Now I am getting late payment charges also. Hoping for early response so that I can pay the premium. When It is wrong policy how can I apy the amount. Why the premium was two different cards no. why it was not from one credit card nos. It will only come to notice when I will receive the statement.
