Dear Sir/Madam,

I had joined a health club-gymnasium in my residential area five months back by paying Rs.3500 as six monthly fee. Since the time of joining i did not attend a single day due to office work pressures and very very late working hours. After four months when i went to the owner to inform that i would be joining the gymnasium and requested for an extension for the previous months by giving him the valid reasons, he straight away told me that it was against the rules as they do do not allow such things to any one. My point of anger is this person used to call me ten times a day to convince me to join his gymnasium and after joining he did not even call once to know the reason for not attending. Morever this person has charged me a service tax of 12.36% when the rates had already changed to 10.30% On the invoice the service tax number is also not printed which is absolutely mandatory as per Service Tax Act. I had paid the amount by credir card for which he charged me 2% extra which is also absolutely illegal.

I need your advice as to what can i do in such a case. I do not want any refund of money or any extra amount, but i only want to use the entire six months for which i have paid money. That person has earned money for no reason. Is my side justified or correct?
