Hi My Name is Ravi, without my confirmation two policy has been issued to me I Made a request for the same to cancel at the same time 3105071193

3105071195 these are the request no. of the same, And tellecaller said everything has been canceeld, But still charge for the emi principle 239 is still debited from my credit card every month.

I contacted many times but nobody listen to me i made a complain on 12th March also with complain request no120308920. And again the same story.

My policy no. is 4034/FPT/0211234/00/000 health lombard.

I would appreciate if u help me regarding closer of the lombard policy and reverse my all my amount which is being charged to my credit card account.
