I have paid Rs.15, 000/- by way of cheque on 03.03.2008 through the agent Mr. A.K.Sethupathy and I have received Receipt (receipt No.077453, TR No. 53579, Ser. Branch 697, chennai, Tamilnadu Dated 03.03.2008. I have completed my Medical examination in aprial 2008 in time as they called me.
Inspite of several lettters and remeinders and compliant through Mail I have not received the Origional policy document and also I have not received any information from LIC, Chennai.
I regret to say that this attitude of business will spoil the name of the LIC. I also wish to say that I had for me and my family the following Policies with LIC (713221251 Dated 28.3. 714281298 30.03. 713738727 Dated 18.03. 714281303
30.03. 1239186 Dated 25 .03. 712333249 Dt.17.09.1996, 713409673 Dated 28.3.2002 and 711677339 Dated: 20.03.2003 which was matured during March). Now I am under feeling that I want to close all the policies because of this irresponse and never mind about the customer money. I regret to point out that even there is a single reply is not received from LIC. This shows the irresponsible attitude of the LIC Officers and I request you to take action on the above Officers. If not properly answered I have to go to consumer counsil and if necesary to the court to take action against the concern Officials. They are getting salary every month. But they never mind thecustomer. This delay is only on the fault of the Individual officers and they are only responsible for this. Till now I have not received the Policy. Kindly intimate me about the delay and the reason.
Due to this I want close all the LIC Policies and I will give Press Release to the Press stating about the attitude of the LIC
For this mental agoney compensation should be paid to me.
