Egarding renewal

Espected sir,

i have a health wise policy with you company. reference policy no-282540010577 . my renewal date is on dated 26.5. so i had issued a cheque on dated 16.5.2009 of amount 3411.00 and deposited in the jamshedpur branch on the same day.(photo copy of the policy attached with the cheque)

till date i havent recieved my policy nor any process has been done.due to non failure of the police i had given the cheque in advance. this kind of service is not expected from such a reputed company.

i would request you to kindly take some action as soon as possible and issue me a renewal policy certficate.
