Mobile set L9 standard not repaired properly

Dear Sir,

I bought a motorola mobile phone model-L9 standard from BIG BAZAR SAHARA MALL GURGAON APROX 2and half MONTH BACK.After 15 days keepad stop working and i went to service center (RIDINTON INDIA LIMITED.M-47, GROUND FLOUR.OLD DLF COLONY, SEC-14, GURGAON, PHONE-0124-4015534.)after 10 days they change keepad but still it was not working, and hasbeen told to me board need to be change.and they took again 10 days to replace it.and again another problem battery not running even 4 hours.and again i went they replace battery two time and again they replace board total two time.but still phone battery is not working even 4 hours on standby mode iam running sinse i bought this mobile.

i also talk to manager MR DHIR-9312848586.BUT HE DINT DO ANY THING.

Pls do the needful.and help me to replace my this mobile set.
