Annual hello tune service activated but not working

I have activated the annual hello tune subscription on my my moblie no 9872281503... but its not working. I have called customer care many times... but there is no response... PLZ GO THROUGH THIS CASE IMMEDIATELY AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.
