Hi I would like to have knowledge. Today noon I had purchased a helmet from one of the leading store in Ahmedabad located @ Mithakali Cross Roads, I had different requirement, but the salesman over there got me other product using marketing strategies. And charged me Rs.3000 for a helmet with brand "BHP Racing", I don't know about the company or quality, but bought only because I thought it would be worth & I liked it. But after discussing it with my friends, I came to knew that I have been charged more & there was no such company detail availble on net. Though the sales man had confirmed me that it is a imported brand but there is no such brand name helmet website or detail availble on net. Moreover I want to return this helmet back as i think its too costly & not worth so. But the bill has got condition mentioned on it, that goods one sold will not be taken back. I haven't used helmet yet but am confused that what to do now. Please help me guiding whether is there any such rule, where in goods once sold cannot be taken back.
