Wrongly deducted money

My name is hemant shah i am the customer of airtel. i want to make a complaint against airtel that in the name of comedy zone activation my money has been deducted. and i am facing the low balance problem.i have a permanant problem that whenever airtel people see more balance in my account any of the way they deducted my money and after that i have to call to customer care and again i have to loose my money.so i want permanant solution of this issue because i want to activate internet i have to maintain atleast 100 rs. in my account but in the name of various scheme they deduct my money.

pls. give me permanant solutions.and refund my money as soon as possible.
