On 10th May, I detected that my Hero Maxi's battery was overheated after charging and I rushed to Siddhi Vinayak at Barola (Noida) for their support. They told me that battery is dead and needed to be replaced.
My scooty was in warranty period. I handed the scooty to them and they told me to come after four days to pick up my scooty. From then it is there (today's 7th june). Whenever I called them they says that the battery has not yet come to them. I even went there several times but that was waste. I also warned them of Consumer Court, but they didn't listen.
I had also talked to Mr. Bhupender, etc but he is only making fool of me and doing nothing.
