Wrong commitments (extra billing)

Sir i purchase hero honda glamour model in may from MR Auto, Nawansher (Punjab). he charge Rs 200 extra for company passport scheme and ask i give u 50000 accedental insurance plus if any body purchase a new bike from any dealer i give u attractive gift. but till now i dont recived any insurance policy. I refer one of my friend and he purchase henk model. plz clear the passport scheme is from company or local dealer my cell no is 9815030004.
