Smoke & oil through silencer

Dear sir,

i have purchased one byke splender of hero honda from Singhla agency, pul prahalad pur, new delhi on 23/09/09. after first service i observed that it giving oil & smoke through silencer.

complaint was attended on 1/11/09 by Singhla agency service centre on job card no. 7799, after two & three days, i found oil through silencer now again it was checked & just i am seeing the oil is coming from cylencer.

on above complaint service manager statement is that IT WILL GIVE THE OIL & SOME SMOK DURING FEW THOUSAND KILOMETER, BECAUSE ITS OIL SEAL WAS LEAKAGE & it is under observation.

but i am not satisfy, because, i am wasting my valuable time for new bike. if there is mazor prolem during this problem. i want only replacement.
