Hero Honda splender Plus Bike
No warrenty given

Sir,

i purchased a bike splender Plus in alloy wheel model, in Nov. 2007.But i faced lot of problems mentined below.:-

1.) The Bike sub dealer not given my service book, he hold the service book himself, the main reason of beside this the service of bike, not done from any other agency.

2.) The sub dealer not given me any vocher or any bill at the time of service of bike.

3.) The Engneer/Mistri is not qualified or trained that he hold.

4) I got problem after 16000 K.M. the engine oil is used at high quantity in bike. It shows also smoke when it started.

5.) I go to the main delaer of hero honda in ambala distt., His engniers see the bike then told me that bike "s piston or clucth plates is damaged, he told me near about rs. 6000/- exp., and deeler demandde me the service book but i have no service book. he called the sub deeler but no rercord found in his books about my vochers or service book.

6.) in open markrt the exp. i beared onlly my self the only -

Now i have complaint against Assocaited automobiles (Ambala) and Shri gurukirpa automobiles (naraingarh).

I hrashed by lot of money lot of time and lot of in displine behaviour used by your deelers. They no warrenty given to me.

Plz sir do the need ful action and provide me the componsation.
