Ike theft but insurance company is not paying money

Dear Sir

My Bike No. UP 83K 3503 was theft on 19-12 . FIR given in police station on 21-12 . All the formalties are completed and requested send to Relience Insurance co.

I went many time to the insurance co. office but they did not give any satisfactory reply. In The last Mr. Sanjay Goyal (consern officer) said now it's too late to claim . while I have given all document to him within the time period.
