Hi

i took an admission in heromind mine for english speaking course level B.i have submitted my fees on 12 Aug because their course were supposed to start on 13 Aug but due to some reason course was not started. They made a wrong committment to me. I called them many times but some time they did not pick my phone or some time they said i call you in 5 min but they did not call me back, .Finally they said that our course is going to start on 14 Sep but again they failed to provide me the service. Finally i have decided and asked them to refund my money so that i can join other institute for english speaking course. But they said that it will take one month.

Just because of them i have lost my money rs 5800 and my precisious 2 months.

They have wasted my time from 13 Aug TO 18 Oct because they said that we will get back to you after diwali.
