complaint against

HP redemption cell, 1st floor A-2, okhla industrial, phase-1 new delhi

this complaint is for a kodak digicam offer which i was to recieve after sending some documents and a DD of Rs1000/- after buying a HP pavillion laptop from surat (gujarat).. this offer was valid till 30th november.. i bought my laptop on 27 november n dispatched the documents on 4th of december after registering it online.

Date of dispatch of documents:-4th dec 08

Courier Name- Professional Couriers

Consignment # 3199625

Demand Draft Number- 640228

Bank Name-State Bank Of India

i was to get it within 2 months which i dint get.. so after that i contacted them. they asked for the copies of the documents which i sent them on 24th jan.

after that they said that they didnot recieve any of the documents at all so they asked for the POD of the courier... i contacted a lot at delhi office in professional couriersfor the POD but they said that they dont have the records for it.. "they said my documents has been delivered on 5th of december".. i requested the M/S HP redemption to contact professional couriers at delhi for your confirmation of courier...

i have contacted a lot but now they dont reply... the validity of the DD is going to end on 27th May.

please help me as i have waited a long time

i wanted to let you know that a friend of mine named Md. Nawaz hussain had also submitted a complaint regarding the same after which he got his digicam.
