HFCL Infotel Ltd. / Connect Landline Connection
Online payment not Credited

Dear sir,

This complaint is against the Connect Landline Service in Punjab, Which is a part of HFCL Infotel Ltd.

I have paid my bill online on www.hfclconnect.com on 30.05.2008 through my HDFC Bank Credit Card of Rs. 551/- But the above said amount has note been credited in my account till now. I have received several calls from the company to pay the same again and every time I have given them the datails of transection made.

Instead of rectifying the mistake they told me not you should not pay the bill online.

Please do the needful action on this case and let me know what i have to do regarding this.
