Gear not work properly/Poor mileage

Dear sir,

I am Jamshed Alam purchase a bike on 17-08-08 (hero honda glamour 125 cc) Ees aay agencies Karol Bagh New Delhi.

i ride my bike only 900 km, but its gear does't work properly, when I am going to office or any where facing many problem. After 3rd service I never got 45 mileage and good pulling, even always I drive with positive approach. I am complaint so many time with the executive they don't listen to complanit. So pls... pls... check my bike with the help of ur executive or give me the solution I am very disappointed...
