I am also a victim of highland holiday resorts. There are many threads on which we have heard about all teh false promises. I came to know of one more- they told me and I am sure to all of you, that if you give in writing that you want to rent your holidays then you can do after a year and HHH will pay you market rent (around 2000 Rs. each day). However, this is also untrue.
I think we should get together and seek relief. I think we can file cases in consumer courts locally (there may be jurisdiction issues). So people from a city can together and file the case, share expenses and take turns for hearing. It is very important to unite and expose them.
