Courier not Recieved, Docket no 207620066

This is the worst experience i had ever had with any courier company.

Docket no 207620066, courier was started from delhi on 28th and reched mumbai on 29th july09...

but till date delivery is not made... my courier is lying in SANPADA office as per your courier tracking website.

Ph no were also mentioned over there... i tried contacting on these nos. 022-28245739/28397395/28388450. Believe me tried more than 30-40 times on these no. sometime it was going busy and most of the time when it was ringing that time some one was picking from your end and was disconnecting the call and it was happening with all the tree nos.

Today from the morning iam trying after 10am but no was is responding to the calls... for wt u r providing these no. when ur employees are not picking the call or by chance they pick they disconnect the call.

Till date i have not got my courier pls. do the needful as I have written mail also but that also went unanswered. very bad service in this competitive era...
