Dear Sir,

This is to inform that I am one of the tenant in 46, Ezra Street, 2nd Floor, Kolkata -1 and I am in possession thereof, my valuable goods and articles are lying inside my said tenancy.

That on 25.09.2008 at 10.30 A.M. when I came to my office I have noticed that one of the Padlock of the entrance door is broken and taken away. I have further apprehension in mind that in near future, similar incident may happen and as such there is every apprehension in mind that my valuable articles kept inside my tenancy may be stolen.

You are therefore to take a note of the aforesaid incident and to do the needful for my further protection and safety.
