Egarding train late and unavailability of pantry ca

The chambal express, from gwalior to howrah, is declared superfast train. But it did not running in time after announcement. It has no pantry car. So, many problems we are facing, during traveling :

1) it did not running in time from last two years,

2) no pantry car available in the train,

3) in AC coaches bed rolls are unwashed,

4) the train was late from jhansi to allahabad every time,

5) again the train was late from allahabad to jhansi.

so, please look in to the mater.
