I have bought pure it water filter 3 months ag. now its filter tube is over, as this filter has feature of auto cut off so it has stopped working now since last 10 days. i have made lot many complaints to change its filter call them many times but every time they that their worker ll visit in next 24 hours but yet now no body has ever called me to come at home to replace that filter. i really got very much disappointed with their way to address customer complaints.
