Hindustan Lever Pure water filter
No service guarantee for first yea

We have purchased a Hindustan lever"PURE" water filter from M/s A.R. Enterprises, Motihari on 4/02, Challan No-74, but from the month of April there is some problem with the filteration after lodging the complain to dealer M/s A.R.Enterprises was not given any good response, and further complaining three to four times, service engineer came and inspect the filter and told us to replace the filter ball, and filter indicator, estimated charges was 700.00 (including 100.00 service charge), and told us there is no guarantee or no free service for PURE filter. Hence we have not received till 4th June the original bill of filter.

So, kindly take a immediate action and give us the feedback as earliest.
