Water purifier battery not changed

I am dinesh soni from kolkata... this co is the worst co in the field of water purifying machines... every time when we need to change the battery of the machine we are calling to the customer care of the co... but the customer care executive are not cultured, disgasting... they dont even talk to customers properly.. theyare not humble... and TOTALY unable to fulfill the requirement of the customer and to give the information about the product and the delivery date of the battery...

i've got the mobile no. of a higher level executive to complaint about the same but all in vain... even she did not talk to me properly..

i'll suggest every body not to purchase anyproduct of hindustan lever... you will suffer it for the life time...
