Delivery problem with H.P. gas

Dear Sir,

I am consumer of your H.P. gas services my consumer number is 623721 in pune city maharashtra state. I have booked my gas on 22/07on my residential address but I yet to receive this gas when I called the agency regarding this problem they haven't answer my phone. When I meet them in there office they said we are not giving home delivery to your side. This agency has such big area, in which they are not able to provide proper services. This agency name is kiran gas agency distribution code is 963280 for lullanagar kondhwa kh location. I saw many of consumer those are completing same problem. I hope my problem will be soul very soon.
