Respected Sir/Madam.
I want to make a complaint against the agency manager of HP Gas of my area, whose behavior is so rude, even he don't know how to talk with a customer. I think he is mentally disturb, and he don't know how to do his job and take responsibility.

Matter of complaints.
1) He never ever make deliveries of cylinders on time.
2) He use abusive language with customers.
3) He compel to the customers to purchase some unusable things with new connection and at the time of delivery of second cylinder he gave me cooking wear, which is not useful for me because in my home no one know the use this thing and he charge Rs 250 for that and to hide his claim he said that this is policy of HP Gas.
Sorry, for using these hard words for him, but it was necessary to use these word to describe his misconducts. Please your value able attention on these important matters from the point of view of a customer. I hope you will shortly take an action against him and will resolve our problems.
