Delay in supply of lpg cylinders

HP supplier Kankaria gas agency, New Sanghvi. Pune. is not supplying lpg cylinders. They always complain of shortage in supply. Our consumer no is 620849, booking has benn done on 22 of aug 07. We have not received cylinder as yet. Booking period being 21days after earlier supply, ir becomes very difficult for a big family of 5 persons. pl take action.
