Charging of higher price

Sir,

I am the consumer of HP Domestic Gas in M/s Smruti Gas, Bapuji Nagar, Bhubaneswar-751009.The consumer no is 658841.on 15.01. I booked for a reffil in the above agency vide booking no 8185.On 29.01.2009 the agency sent the reffil cylinder through their auto rickshaw. But the person who had brought the cylinder charged Rs.365.00.As we know the rate of LPG Gas has reduced from last midnight i.e., Rs 25.00 per cylinder. So I refused to give Rs.365.00.After that the person went away instead of giving the reffil cylindr to us.

Therefore I would request you to kindly suitable steps for the above.
