Subscription Money taken but Subcription coupons not supplied

Hi!

My name is sanket Vaidya and I had given cheque which cleared on 29th May, Rs.349/= for MINT newspaper (hindustan times) 2 years offer but till today I have not received my coupon.

Whenever I called on their cutomercare number I got reply that "You will receive your coupon within a week time".(Sometimes they said you may receive today or tomorrow)

But after 2 and half months also I haven't received the coupons nor any correspodence from Hindustan Times.

Can anybody tell me after how many complaints against this company, consumer forerum will take action?
