I Purchased a Pure It device in month of Feb.. I ordered a GKB on 7th Sept. their order no. 047962, that day I told that my order will be executed in 72 hours and the same message I received by SMS also. On 9th, 11th and 13th Sept I called customer care and informed that I have not received my order. On 14th also i called customer care and informed that I did not received any call or the product. I fed up with the kind of customer care. When they are not able to supply the spares, whey they release the products into market. I request you to instruct the company to take out the pure it unit from my home and pay me the amount what I paid at the time of purchasing.
