Pure it water purifier service

I purchase Water Purifier from Hindustan Unilever in Jan - 09, it cost Rs. -, and it needs to chnage battery every after 1500 lit water purification.

i order battery on 9th Oct till this date after 5 times follow up i not recd any communication or battery from Hindustan Unilever, when i call on customer care (Not Toll Free) atleast 10 min i have to talk with them and just keep phone with assurance that in 1-2 days i receive battery.

i got irrited due to this and now i want to lounch complaint againt this company and give back this unit and take my cash, phone call cost as well as irritation cost from company
