I had ordered for a battery replacement on 04-07-09 by calling your customer service number 9243100100 of Hindustan Lever Pureit. The order has been placed and the reference number is S09HBL 1806001257. I was told that the battery would be replaced within 3 working days but till date no body even bothered to tell me the status. And, this is not the first time I am facing this problem. Even my lastbattery replacement of battery has been an annoying experience. Kindly look into it ASAP...
