We have lodged request for change of battery on 7/19 at 9971363529 then at customer care phone. Alas! as of now no msg from Hindustan Uniliver/Agency. WE ARE HARASSED BADLY & HV TO DRINK TAP WATER OR BORROW FRO NEIGHBOOURS TO WHOME WE RECOMMENDED TO BUY. CUST CARRE IS REAL NONSENSE THEY DONOT GIVE SENIOR OFFICIALS NUMBER & NAME.
