MY NAME IS: MAYUR GALA, i purchase purit model no.sr no.r p b05 01077776 dt.23/06.my consumer id:1929223033, in my purit i found alge grow at 3rd chamber at bottom, i complaint for it 1st time, i got service from them & they told me that again will not happening in future, but within 15 dayc i found again alge in more quantity, i complaint again & demand for excange or refund, but from co's side i got no any proper answer, i complaint again, then they told me that nothig can do they only they can change some fiter part with service charge.

what can i do for this matter?
