AC is not effective in 2AC coach

Hi. I travelling from Chandigarh to Kanpur through UCHAHAR exp A1 (2C) coach & seat no 23 on dated 19th July. This coach AC is not effective at all. All the passenger are swatting. When we went to the ticket checker and relevant personal he told us that he ca not do any thing more. This coach AC is like this. May I request you to take care of this coach as early as possible. It is horrible to travelling through this coach.
